Doug McGuire in the Wooster Store was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the mattress we were buying. We were not hurried but was totally informed about the product. We left the store with one complete Queen Orthopedic EuroTop set and one twin mattress. I am not one to write reviews but felt this one needs a pat on the back. They were just delivered, so I can not tell you how they are for sleeping, but the delivery men were good,fast and professional. Just got a call from Doug, he called for a follow up after I had purchased a mattress. That is good customer service, Doug had helped me look up the mattress I had bought years prior & shipped it out very fast. The guys who dropped it off were nice & friendly. Then like I said, today doug gives a follow up call just to check things out. Definitely recommend these guys. The other store never did that, and this call made this review what it is. We made our purchase at the Wooster location and had a wonderful experience. We worked with Heidi and felt she truly listed to what we were looking for in a mattress. We made an initial visit to the store in early February then came back later in the month to complete the sale. The delivery service offered was fantastic - they called when they were about an hour away.
