I placed 2 orders online and had items shipped to the store. Got an email that my items were delivered. Went to get packages and was told only 1 package had been delivered. I told the clerk that I have email that 2nd package was delivered today at 12:34 pm. "D" stated that UPS had not been to the store yet, it was about 1:45 ish at that time. She told me that I could wait a few minutes to see if UPS would come. I get my 1 package and go to my car and call UPS which confirmed that the package was delivered today 5/15/19, the time and the name of person who signed. I go back in the store and tell another clerk what UPS said and she took my order number and guess what? My 2nd package was there. This is not my first time having a package issue with "D". As I was leaving the store "D" was coming back in and I asked her why she tell me that UPS has not delivered today? She tells me that she didn't know if they came or not(go figure). I told her that if that was the case she should have not said they didn't come today and did some research to see if they delivered or not. *Last year I ordered a package online, had shipped to same store. Go to pick it up and "D" tells me that she had not checked in packages and for me to come back later, I told her that I couldn't come back later because i had an engagement that I had to attend and wanted to wear the item that I ordered.
