Ordered through app at 8:32 pm, drove to location (9 mins), waited 7 mins to be able to park, parked went to door and it was locked with a small paper that read drive thru only, waited another 6 mins to be able to leave parking spot, went to the back of the line that wrapped around the building and half way again, someone got out of there car to ask if they could go in front of me because when he got to the front of the line he paid for his order and then someone hit him so employees said he had to go back through the line a second time to get the order he waited for and already paid for, when he got back to the speaker they told him he had to go through the line a third time. He parked and went up to the speaker because when I pulled up they said “my friend” wouldn’t get his order, I told them I didn’t know what they were talking about so the guy from the car explained what they were talking about, I told him to get into my car and continued to explain how it was unacceptable to tell someone to go through the line three times for food knowing that you would close before then, there was silence for another 5 mins, then they told me again that I could not get my food and had to go around a second time and that the guy had to go around a third time, I told them that it’s unacceptable to demand that someone go through the line three times for food they would not get because you would close before then, so they said he should cancel through the app. Um… hello! He ordered in person and you took his cash, so you can’t play stupid because the only way he could get a refund is if you give him his money back. I on the other hand ordered through the app before I got to the location, and an hour and 20 minutes later they were telling me I had to cancel in the app because the wouldn’t serve me. I told them that wasn’t possible because the method of canceling is via a phone number that does not operate. The employee then said okay I could pull around and both of us could get our donuts. Received food at 9:59 pm. Not worth it.
In case you were wondering… yes, they were cold donuts.
I borrowed the car in the evening to run errands and planned to go to Target and Culver’s too. Nope, didn’t happen, because of the insane amount of time it took to get an order I no longer wanted. If I had a choice I would have canceled that order and got my money back, but that wasn’t an option.
I talked to one of the employees who said they one had one cashier and one person making donuts and that people shouldn’t even have been able to put mobile orders in today (2/29).
Management never should have had business opened today nor should they have been taking mobile orders. Their incompetence wasted so much of so many people’s time and resources on cold donuts. Employees were condescending to so many customers, causing car accidents, raising people’s stress levels and causing POTS flares. The customers were nice when the employees were rude. Those employees were severely overworked. Was management trying to punish them? It’s not like management didn’t know about the 2/29 sale. They knew it was going to be busy, and they made sure there was always one baker and one cashier while I was there. They changed shifts three times while I was there. Yeah, it doesn’t make sense.
I honestly believe all of those employees deserve at least $500 bonuses and that every customer deserves a refund and compensation for the time and...
Read moreWorst customer service ever. We preordered donuts specifically for a wedding shower and when we got to the store we waited 30 mins after the time they were supposed to be picked up. We tried to talk to anyone on staff but the lobby was closed and they were ignoring us. Finally my boyfriend knocked on the window and gestured what’s up. The manager shrugged and walked away ignoring us. We waited longer. Finally we called customer support. They told us to go through the drive through and ask them to speak to the store manager while he was on the phone so he could hear how they spoke to us. We got around and I asked for the store manager and that we needed to speak to him at the window. He said, “No, you can pull around to the front.” (Where we had just been waiting and been ignored for 30 mins after our mobile pick up time) I said no, I need to speak to a manager at the window. He again said “No, you can pull around to the front.” We pulled around to the front where we were ignored for another period of time. Now we are late to the wedding shower that we are hosting. The manager came to the door. Didn’t even come up to our car and shouts what do you need to talk about. We were mad. My boyfriend tells him how we paid 150 dollars and preordered days in advance to have this order ready at a specific time. And he snaps on us and tells us they are working on it. My boyfriend explains that it should’ve been done and we are upset by the service we have received. He tells my boyfriend we won’t be receiving our order if my boyfriend continues to talk to him like that. At this point we are furious. This same manager has ignored us, not communicated, given us attitude, and had us waiting for far too long. All mean while the customer service rep is on the phone apologizing repeatedly for the managers behavior because he can hear everything. I tried to calmly speak to the manager and when I tried to explain the situation he turned around and walked inside before I could finish a sentence. We waited even longer. When he finally brought our order out it was sloppy, boxes were not even closed, he gave us dirty looks, and was rude. He never apologized, never said anything about why the service was so awful, and the customer service rep was left to just apologize for someone else’s poor customer service skills. He asked us for a confirmation number which we never received because the order was placed over the phone by another manager. Again, the customer service rep told us that should never have happened. This whole situation was a huge let down. As someone who works in customer service and management, I could never handle any situation the way this location did today. Besides all of this, our order did not look like what we ordered at all. We ordered X’s and O’s. And the X’s came out looking like a regular donut and not like what we were shown while preordering.
Needless to say, I wouldn’t go here if you like getting...
Read moreLast night was my first and last visit to this establishment. Upon entering the drive through line to place my order, I was met with a very unbothered and inconsiderate drive through attendant who seemed to have no interest in actually servicing us. Not only did she sound annoyed but she was being sarcastic with us as well. I ordered a 1/2 dozen original donuts and was unsure if there was an unglazed option so I corrected myself in asking if there was a difference, to which she responded rapidly and with an attitude “ well is that what you said ?”. In the end the correction was made, but it went further when I asked about coffee options. I asked if there were any dairy alternatives to which she responded “ no all our coffee has dairy in it. I can give you black coffee. I don’t know if coffee has dairy in it but I can give you that “. The whole incident seemed as though we were unwelcome and a disapproved of. Lastly, I ordered a soda and she has previously said they were out but that she had some in front. Now this isn’t a problem, I appreciate the effort to actually find something for us to accommodate our order. BUT after taking 2 sips of the very flat soda, I looked at the expiration date to find out it was expired on August 5. I have been up all night now with an intense stomach ache and the decision to not return to this establishment again. The donuts themselves were eaten by my siblings to which there were no problems with the quality, so that is the silver lining to...
