DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Worth Township

I have tried to use the "order online, pick-up in the parking lot" service from this store multiple times as advertised on the app and website, and as promised in my order confirmation emails.I use this store because they are the only store with the items in stock within 25 miles. The alternative to this is to pay for shipping or spend $100+. I have been told that I needed to come inside and get my order 3 times in the past 6 months. No option to wait a few minutes, no "sorry for your inconvenience" or something like that, just telling me to come inside. When I do come in they have me sign for pickup, which is also not part of the description on the website or email. I sent their customer service email a message, asking for clarification or something regarding the way things were happening compared to the email guidance. I was told on 2 or 3 separate occasions that someone would contact me. Nothing happened with that at all. This store, and this company as a whole, has disappointed me repeatedly with the lack of customer service over and over again. So done with this company, Purchase an item on Amazon like I done in the past and needed to exchange it or maybe purchase something else..Gave the lady my item and I explain to her, i just want to exchange it or even put it on a gift card or something,.. Said ok after about 20 mins of me walking around she says you purchase this from Amazon... Now i done this before twice i might add and I never had an issue returning or exchanging things before, the shipping receipt even says i can return it online or at a location but for some reason, this lady didn't want to honor it, Pretty much called me liar saying i never done a return if i purchase it from Amazon... I enjoy my DXL experiences. First and foremost, being in an environment filled with good looking clothing made to fit me is paramount. Only a big man can tell you how disappointing it is to see outfits you'd like to buy and have none your size. It makes you feel almost like you don't really belong. So DXL is a welcome relief in that reguard, because I know there's a very likely chance of finding something that i Iike and it's available.
