Sold me fake Roxy kratom pills that taste chewy like they been sitting in a factory for 10 months and give you no buzz and the packaging is not consistent with the type I purchased

The owner responded insinuating directly that I'm some kind of drug addict that should go to rehab because the pills don't work for me anymore when infact they were without a doubt fake pills that tasted like stale Skittles and he sells pills that are suppose to give you a euphoric feeling which oubviously those didn't but not only that but then calls his customers and addict if they don't like the fake ones he sold to them? Strange, very strange individual. Been a kratom user for 4 years to manage depression that clinical professionals have failed to address and yes it works and helps but these guys ripped me off of 54 dollars then tried to call me a drug addict for buying the same product they sell only the fake version not the real one? Confused. He should have said come in the store and let's make this right maybe get half my purchase back or some kind of compromise but instead he went down a wild rabbit hole that only he's living in and not me. Do not shop here the owner is aggressive and unprofessional and they stole 54 dollars from me...

I have came to this location & Midlothian for about 2 years always a great experience I always have grabbed my own juice especially at Crestwood as their is usually less people working and walk up to the counter no one has ever said anything about it until today! If you guys don’t want someone taking off the shelves then Myb hire other ppl! No one should who comes into a store assumes you can’t take things off the shelves yourselves as in every other store in America that’s the entire point! So if you don’t want your customers taking from the shelves then Myb place a sign! I assure you any sane person who walks in and has to wait will do it as it’s a natural response when u go shopping! So to the cashier who wanted to correct me place a sign in your store that states only the people who work here are allowed to take juices from the shelves and bring them to the register don’t get a cocky corrective attitude because you don’t understand when people walk into a store they will usually touch things placed on shelves especially when the plan on purchasing that item! If I need to wait for one person to grab my stuff I’ll just go to the Midlothian location where more than 1 person...

Typically don’t have issues here but just because the customer service guy had such a sassy and disgusting attitude im writing a review. Anyway I bought an item I usually buy and the lady says 130. Ten more than it usually is and I never use cases. His first defense was being argumentative and rude. The young lady who was very sweet misspoke but instead of him saying that because I asked why am I paying 10 in tax his first thing was that I was so so wrong instead of him being helpful he wanted to argue. First of all ima young lady so provide that energy with a man. Second you are telling me how to approach it when I was calm until you continuously just told me I’m making shit up. I’m not clocked in but when I was my brain was less simple to know to analyze a situation and de escalate.
