Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Worth Township

I love Chipotle, but I HATE this location!!!!!! I decided to give this location another try after refusing to come back a couple of years ago... Well, I decided WRONG!!! I walked in, and there were 2 people in front of me, and a young man was assisting them start to finish. Another guy walks up to serve me, and he starts my bowl like normal and then BOOM... He scoops the steak and shake or dump shall I say majority of it back into the bin, he literally put 6 small pieces of steak in my bowl. I asked him was he serious and he said what's wrong? I said you just dump my meat back and gave me 6 pieces. He said, "Oh, you want more? That will be double." And he does the same exact thing AGAIN!!! So when I said something again he passed my bowl down and then proceeded with the woman behind me and did the same thing to her and she said something as well, so he put the proper amount on her bowl. We get to the end and I'm charged double and she wasn't. I normally don't make a fuss over things like that but I definitely lost my cool. So they take the double steak charge off, and then try to to tell me like I don't eat Chipotle twice a week that it was a normal portion... ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN... I REPEAT I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!! I will drive down Cicero passing them and my house and go to...

If I could give 0 stars for this place, I would. I frequent chipotle and have the same order two sides of chicken and a side of queso each time I go there. I never had a problem at other locations trying to scam me. They wanted to charge me for a double chicken bowl and queso which came out to be a little under 16$. I explained to the cashier that I used to work at chipotle on the line and on cash and that I was being charged incorrectly for my order as I did not have a double chicken bowl. The man on the grill turned around and insisted I don’t know what I’m talking about and “things change all the time”. Another man came and told me that because my two sides of chicken were in a bowl and not in the cups..it is a double chicken bowl. To clarify this guy was saying they charge 5$ for the brown paper bowl. I refused to pay 16$ for 8 ounces of chicken and a side of queso as I will not be scammed by a former employer.

I then went to another chipotle closer to home and ordered the same thing and was charged correctly. I clarified with the cashier my logic and he agreed they do not charge 5$ for their paper bowls and what I have is in fact 2 sides of chicken and a side of queso. I will never touch foot in that location again. I also informed my family who go there often and my coworkers....

I usually do not go to the Crestwood location but decided to treat myself after work for my Birthday. The restaurant was out of chips first off, but that wasn’t the issue.

The time was a little after 8pm, now mind you the restaurant closes at 10pm and yes, they had multiple employees on duty. The food that was on the serving line looked old and you could literally see the food had been sitting there for a while. Nothing fresh was being prepared as the grill had been cleaned which obviously they did not want to cook and have to reclean it.

When I brought this to the employees attention, he gave me a look of confusion like almost how dare I call out the lack of fresh food being served. He then went and got the shift manager and after he was made to see the realization of what I was pointing out, he admitted that some of the food had definitely been sitting except for the chicken which he claimed was fresh.

In closing, after taking a chance and consuming what I bought, it is a decision that I regret as the food did not taste anything like the Chipotle’s I have grown to enjoy so I will not be patronizing this location again. Clueless...
