First time coming to this location and they can't follow cooking instructions. I called to let them know that the food wasn't made as requested (the request is clearly stated on the receipt). The person that answered the phone said that they were a manager. He said they could remake it but I wasn't around the corner. That's my fault for not checking the order before I pulled off. I said if I return, I'd like a refund. He says no refund. He puts me on hold and eventually kicks me around to 2 other people. I spoke to a Hosea who said he could offer 10% and ice cream and maybe comp a free meal. After being on hold, the next person that gets on the phone is Je'sus. He mentions a scoop of ice cream. I said what happened to the free meal. He says , oh, well I know we made your order WRONG but that doesn't warrant a free meal. I said a scoop of ice cream doesn't appease me either. I hate when an establishment prepares the food incorrectly and acts like it's no big deal. It is a big deal. We went back and forth a little. And he said the phrase we can replace the mistake. He takes down my information only to send me a coupon for a free scoop of ice cream. Now Culver's is playing in my face. I was expecting more. You fix it how I want it or else don't take my money. I recommend buying your own package of ground beef and everything else to cook your own burger. Culver's is not that special. Go to your local grocery store buy everything and still save some coins rather than give it to this joke of an establishment . Do not patronize here. Read the reviews.
