I recently visited Charley’s Cheesesteaks, and I must say, the experience was top-notch from start to finish! The customer service was exceptional—staff members were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail of my order was perfect. They greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to ensure my meal was prepared exactly how I wanted it.

As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the classic Philly Cheesesteak, and it was packed with flavor—perfectly seasoned steak, melted cheese, and fresh toppings, all in a soft, toasted roll. The loaded fries were an amazing side, topped with gooey cheese and crispy bacon, making every bite a treat. And don’t even get me started on the fresh lemonade—it was the perfect refreshing...

i ordered she punched the correct buttons NO ONIONS no peppers no mushrooms just meat lettuce tomatoes n cheese get my sandwich no tomatoes COVERED IN ONIONS then they wanted to argue about getting me money back just come back tomorrow no manager in building had to call the owner and i got to talk to him? and he wanted to argue about the cost to his store? he been in the business for 15 years and they dont typically give money back !!! had to call the police because i was being held hostage over 20 minutes for my money 4 minutes into that conversation before the employees gave me my money back

buddy if you treating customers like that ive no clue how you are still in business
