I bought my bike from Grava a couple months ago. It's a Giant Trance X Pro with carbon frame and wheels. It has electric shifting and shocks. This bike is my forever bike! I spent more money than I wanted to on a bike, but Aaron got me an amazing deal on it! It was a fast turnaround time between him ordering me the bike and getting it in and built. I only had 6 rides on it then disaster struck. I came home from mountain bike practice one night and as I was backing into the driveway, my bike fell off my rack and before I realized what happened, my truck was on top of the bike. The aftermath was half my handle bar gone, my shifter gone, front carbon wheel cracked and scrapes on the frame. I took it back into Grava and Aaron and crew went over the bike to make sure the frame was good outside of the scrapes. He gave me an estimate which was well beyond fair and really worked with me to reduce the sting of the repair costs. He got my parts ordered and as soon as they all came in, he got the bike rebuilt. Today was the day it was ready to be picked up. I was so excited to get it back! With the exception of the scrapes in the frame, the bike looks brand new! Thank you to Aaron and team Grava for the amazing service and pricing! Truly the best bike shop in the...
Read moreWe stopped in while passing through the area (Lies, we made a special trip to visit). It was great to chat with Aaron about everything from the shop to his community outreach programs and his collaborations with companies in South America. the F. Duarte bikes are even more amazing in person but I really liked the Marino Chaski (Maybe one day I'll be back for one).
Aaron also mentioned how they are one of the few places that services e-bikes and scooters. These are incredibly popular but most bike shops aren't equipped to repair them. This just shows Aaron's commitment to the community. And I say community not customer, because at no time did we feel like the interaction was merely transactional. This is a bike shop that is building a community by providing what the community needs. This was also one of the best looking repair shops I've seen.
We had a light haul today. We picked up some brake pads, a hoodie and t-shirt and some beautiful waterproof panniers to replace our older worn out ones. We have been excited to watch Go Grava grow and can't wait to see where they are 5, or 10...

First and last time at grava bikes! Went to grava bikes to get my rear bearing and rim trued and spokes replaced for my ebike took 3 weeks to complete never checked my bearings and failed to give me all my hardware back (disc brake rotor) i had to ask them for it. Nobody knew what was mine or the next guys. Everybodys stuff (customers items) was piled together laying all over complete disarray and lack of organization. When i asked for my rotor they showed me 5/6 other rotors and had me guess what was mine. I get home after they trued my rim go to mount it on my bike and they messed up the truing so bad they bent and warped the spokes upon install and the entire rim is pulled hard to the left completely touching the frame took it back in to get “fixed” a 2nd time to get my rim back in the same bent state i gave it to them in. After my 2nd visit my rear brake wont stop rubbing over half of a brand new pad is gone due to improper tire mounting. 100% would...
