My review is on customer service. I waited over 3 weeks for an ESTIMATE for a repair on a very old pocket watch. I called 4 times asking about my watch. They said they were waiting for the repair company to get back to them. Every time, I initiated the call. At least 3 times, I requested that they get back to me. They said they had nothing else to report. When I called the last time, they said they were just unwrapping it. She told me they put a new crystal on the watch and it would be $80!!!. I said it was not suppose to be repaired, I was only to receive an estimate. She said she knew, and she was not happy with the situation either. They did not even offer a reasonable solution...they just expected me to pay. I told them to remove the crystal and we were not happy. They didn't care one bit. Oh well, they just lost a customer who was going to buy a nice size diamond ring from them. They need to be more customer focused. I'll...

Beware!! Careless work and horrible customer service from the owner and his wife!! I took a ring there to be re-sized. It took over 3 weeks to complete and when I picked it up you could easily see the lines from the piece he inserted. He took no time to weld it properly. Less than 6 months later the piece from the re-sizing just fell out! I took it back and they refused to refund me. The owner SCREAMED at me and slammed his hands on the counter saying it happens and he doesn’t know what I expect and when I asked when he could have it fixed by he loudly screamed “whenever I get to it”. Needless to say I left! They do not care about their customers and they only care about making a dollar. Do not waste your money!!! They shouldn’t be in business!

I have had great experiences here! Barry custom made the engagement ring that I bought for my fiancé. This was my first time working with the business and we sat down, discussed different options, he gave tons of information on every part of the process and took my budget into consideration. Didn’t try to up sell me and not once did he even make a suggestion that was above my price range. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process and was very straightforward, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
