Was just in there. Retrieved two watches I took in the batteries were supposedly were not right. I went was the one with the factory sheet which said 2032 and to turn out that they were different size. The woman who was working on the watches was rude and they didn't want to charge me. I still told him to take something and then they had the audacity to take $20 instead of 10 or nothing at all to insist the lady was rude. I the only work they couldn't have worked no more than a minute on them but does she still felt that it was okay? I told her to take something but I was never expecting $20. That's pretty good money for only working about a minute you know? I don't mind giving tips but that's a little ridiculous and therefore I will not return. I was going to be in York for a few weeks to see my mom so I thought, why not see if they could repair the jewelry I have been carrying around for 2 years. One ring was an invisible setting that I have been told before could be difficult, and one ring was a bent mess because it was too small and I had to wrestle it off my finger, which kinda messes it up. The bracelet was easy. Service was wonderful when I dropped it off, the same caveats about how my two ring fixes have risks. I appreciated that and left them with good faith. Fast forward, I got all of my repairs back and they are perfect. I was unexpectedly emotional about being able to wear one ring again. Thank you so much for the care you took with my repairs. I came across this business by accident just walking the streets and coming in.

The staff was friendly, well-knowledged, dressed professional-looking. They are able to assist in finding the perfect gift to rings and serenity items for calming. I will be back to look more in the inventory. But I did purchase quite a few things for my daughter. They also, customize jewelry and fixtures. I didn't have enough time to look at everything because of the nosey customer that was too heavy into my conversation with the staff. But they are a family owned business and charming as well.
