Not exaggerating, this is the best pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life. Every time. Not just in York - just the best pizza ever period. I almost cannot describe. It’s just everything you want, I promise. And I try pizza pretty much everywhere. This pizza was made with love, in my opinion. The owners should be proud of this product. It is THE perfect blend of crispiness and fluffiness. Sauce to cheese ratio is perfect. Everything is perfect. And it’s always super fresh and hot when they bring it to you. I think it’s hard for a lot of pizza places to master more than one style of crust perfectly, like normally one style is just better than the others and is the “go-to” but here it’s genuinely hard to decide what you want because every kind is so insanely good in its own right. Just try it all. I’m typically a thinner crust person but the Detroit style pep and honey flavor is my personal favorite, like my actual favorite pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I never would have thought to put honey on pizza. But my God, it is the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. Guy Fieri needs to come to York PA to try this. It’s that good. The customer service is always a treat too. Very welcoming environment and cool vibe (love the partnership with GearHouse Brewing Co. as well!) Overall this is just an amazing place that I feel so lucky to have in my city. We are so looking forward to coming...
Read moreThis was a new place to me since this wasn't here before I moved away. I asked someone walking by (I thought they was walking by) if they ever had it and if it was any good. They raved about it so I decided to try it. Was pricier then I was expecting but the all of the workers was wonderful. I had a half cheesesteak hoagie combo minus green peppers with mozzarella cheese instead of american. The fries was nice and crisp but not too crisp and they was not too salty. Which was refreshing because i don't like them too salty. I also ordered a side of scramble eggs. While I was gone the only way I could have a cheesesteak is if I made it. So it was refreshing to not have to make it myself. I was beyond happy with the food and service I even requested to speak to their cook and I promised it was nothing bad. I had to give my praise. Everyone was so wonderful and welcomed everyone. However they tend to close early or so I have noticed when I tried to go back again. I highly recommend this place and I will be definitely be going back. They do accommodate ppl if they need special accommodations without even batting an eye and not look at you any differently so don't be worried if you have to ask. Diningroom and bathroom is kept extremely clean. Keep up the awesome...
Read moreWaited 40 min for burnt pizza. It's not like it was busy: the place was basically empty. I think thier pizza oven might just hold one pie. The people across from us ordered two pizzas and got one like 15 min after the other. (Both of which came well after thier burger). And ours was burnt, which is pretty inexcusable from a pizza place. The ingredients seemed good but the execution was terrible.
Edit in response: No, I did not say anything at the time. We were in a hurry and we were hungry so we quickly ate our burnt pizza, paid and left. I'm not in the habit of asking for a refund for a product that I consumed. I do not appreciate the attempt to gaslight me into thinking that I can't tell the difference between "thin, crispy and lightly charred" and burnt: pizza should not taste like carbon with a thick layer of black on the bottom. Nor do I like being made fun of for noticing the world around me or the attempt to shame me for making my experience public. The implication of your reply is that there was nothing wrong with our food or service, only my...
