My family moved to the Yuba-Sutter area roughly 4 years ago. Since we moved to the area, I've had atleast two experiences with Poole's Jewelers, both of which have been PHENOMENAL.
The first was a couple of years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. Due to my pregnancy, I'd put on a little weight (🙂) and needed to have my ring soldered off. My husband found Poole's as it was the closest jeweler to us that had great reviews, so we figured we'd give them a try. They were able to solder my ring off, and assured us that when we brought it back, they'd make it look good as new. Fast forward several months later, they kept their promise. My ring looked absolutely amazing.
My next experience was more recently. My husband surprised me by upgrading my wedding stone and put my previous stone on a chain as I did not have a necklace. To say I was shocked was an understatement! They both were absolutely stunning. Well, 2 weeks later, I managed to break my necklace while trying to adjust the stone. I made an impromptu trip to Poole's on my day off with my toddler, explained the situation and asked if they could help. A nice Poole's associate could clearly see I had my hands full with my daughter and asked if I wanted to run an errand while they worked on my necklace. I was incredibly grateful for her flexibility as I had a pick-up order down the street, so it was perfect. I returned 30 minutes later and another pleasant associate greeted me, presented me with my necklace and said he'd actually remembered my husband two weeks before.. WOW! I walked away with my beautiful necklace, and a completely hassle-free experience. I can wear it proudly around my neck again!
This was a long post, but I really wanted to take the time to share my experience(s). Customer service is HUGE to me, so the fact that I've had consistently pleasant experiences with Poole's (staff) is significant to me. Shawna Allison, store manager, helped me with an 18k necklace. The necklace was absolutely gorgeous, so I also bought a matching bracelet. I’m very satisfied with my experience and costs. Shawna was very professional and provided invaluable assistance in helping me with my selection.
I also had them fix the mount and clean my wife’s wedding ring. The diamond was loose in a pedestal type mount and had fallen out (and repaired) about 10 years ago. My wife’s ring came back looking better than I’ve seen it before and the mount was fixed to keep the diamond secure.

Does your person know how to work on Black Hills Gold? You see NOT everyone knows about working on Black Hills Gold. (I learned from past experience). Answer, Yes! Anthony assured me YES!!
