My name is Deborah Milton I was happy that Yukon finally has a Cox Store. I was in need of a phone urgently, I won't go into detail cause it's to much. I came to the Cox store for help and Emalee helped me we ran into a problem with being able for me to get the phone I needed. Long story short I went back today and that young lady was there and she didn't give up on me getting a phone. Needed a replacement for my router after a power issue. Went to the store and Celina was the associate who helped me. Not only was she training 3 other individuals at the same time, but she also explained to them the process and made sure to look at my account as a existing customer and see if there was any way to save me money. Celina is awesome. Spent over half an hour online on a chat with a rep. They just kept trying to up sale me to a new plan and different router. Decided to just drive to the store. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Celina got me what I needed, upgraded my plan, and saved me 65 bucks a month.
