Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Yuma

Purchased a Samsung washer from this location, after i was told by my daughter that the washer was recalled i contacted Aaron's to find out what was the process to get it fixed. They had no clue and all they offered was to give me a loaner. Once they delivered the loaner washer it looked very old and beat up. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get the repairs done. A few days later i did a follow up and was told 4 to 6 months to get it fixed. I was told this was Samsungs issue not theirs and that i could call Samsung if i was not happy. I did and Samsun will have my washer fixed by 11/29/16. I'm not sure that the people at Aaron's really know or care about this issue and are quick to wipe their hands clean off this issue. I have contacted their corporate office and just like the location i did business with they don't care...

ordered a refrigerator from them it comes in a week later and when it gets dropped off i am then informed that they are not able to move the old fridge at all they are not even able to move a kids table 1 foot out of their way which if when i ordered the fridge in the first place i would of been told that they are not able to move any pre-existing furniture i would of moved it all already which is either a new policy or something that the workers made up due to being lazy because when i ordered my washer and drier from them a few years ago they had to remove a door to get it into the house their cm was very disrespectful over all this time will be my last time renting anything from...

This aarons is absolutely the worst. We got a leather sectional and a washer and dryer set. They ripped the couch moving it in, the washer didn't work, they hounded me for payments but never fixed or replaced any of the items. Also when we went into the store to purchase items they were very rude and did not help us with anything. I recommend rent a center, they are very nice and helpful there and they don't give you or leave u with damaged items. If I could give Aaron's 0 stars then I would. They...
