Asian Store — Local services in Yuma

The Family is moving to Yuma in the near future. We drove out there from OC to check out real estate and neighborhoods and such.

My wife, being of the Japanese variety of Asian wanted to see what sort of Asian population populated the Yuma area. Not knowing which Asian persuasion shop to search for, she jokingly Googled "Asian Store". Guess what came up? Yes! The only Asian store in Yuma - Asian Store!

We HAD to see this. We drove right over. This strip mall shop is small, but it had 8 or 10 other customers in there on that Saturday afternoon. They sell a little bit of everything and we, being fans of everything, liked that. They had enough ingredients to prepare a lot of Japanese dishes, the Korean and Philippine dishes also. Okay, Chinese, too. Did I miss any? Indian. There was no Indian food here.

It won't stop us from having to mail order food from Marukai or Tokyo Central or something, but it will keep us in the basics. It was cool to see they were selling fresh duck eggs up front, too.

The Lady seemed nice. I'm sure we will get to know this store and they workers here very well once we move. When you are the only game in town, you are the BEST game in...

I have never been to Arizona before but I have recently relocated to Brawley Calif. I am originally from East Los Angeles and out there , there are many, many Asian markets to choose from. Sometimes I want to cook up an Asian dish or four but there's no Asisan market's over here so I searched the internet and found the closest on was in Yuma Arizona so I drove down there and much to my suprise I found everything that I needed at that market it's kinda small but don't let the size fool you the service is fast and friendly and when I need to restock my pantry I know exactly wheee to go...The Asian Store...

The only place that has Sriracha Sauce in Yuma, I wanted to have some Panda Express and went to Walmart to buy the sauce but there was nothing. I quickly put my mind to work and remembered the Asian Store, I also picked up some Calpico and Matcha Kit Kats, I secured the sauce and enjoyed my Panda Express.

I have been coming here for years and it never disappoints me in the snack department, the staff is always polite and they cash you out quickly. I will keep...
