I phoned an order of 2 regular bowls and a papa sized bowl. When I got to Papa San, I also ordered 2 "rolls" of sushi. The employee asked me if I wanted "garlic" (ginger) and Wasabi. I found out the "rolls" are just 4 pieces of sushi cut off an actual roll so they're basically twice as expensive as other places. I thought all was well until I got home and realized they had only given me one regular bowl and one papa bowl. So I called them back to see what they would do to correct the fact they shorted me a bowl. The employee told me she'd give me a "free" bowl with my next order. How is it free if I already paid for it and you couldn't just count to 3 while packing the bag? Also, there won't be a next time. The sushi was horrible and the bowls were mediocre at best. So Papa San wins about $10 of my money this time. But they've lost any hope of my family or I going back there. Save yourself money and disappointment and choose literally anywhere...

I ordered the rice noddle peanut sauce plate vegetarian and my husband ordered the rice bowel vegetarian. Both of our plates only came with chopped up carrots, celery, and some broccoli. This plate lacked character and taste. No imagination.
Suggestion: snow snapped peas, water chestnuts, baby corn, carrot, celery, green onions, bean sprouts, bell pepper, etc..... all cooked with garlic and oyster sauce or any sauces would make a delish veggie plate.
I often create plates like these at home, but sometimes a gal just wants to dine out.

As I was just standing there and standing there for almost 7 minutes she then walks past me tells me that she’s going to take the gentleman‘s order first before mine I felt like things should’ve been handled better I felt like she needed better customer service training I have felt ignored...
