The Flower Mine — Local services in Yuma

It may be my fault for ordering a fruit basket instead of flowers. However, if they are going to offer something they should be able to do it. It did technically have what it was listed to contain, but for $90 I don’t believe Kroger cream cheese spread and store brand crackers are appropriate. While not visually appealing at least the dried cranberries were Ocean Spray? The basket was cute and the overall presentation was decent. However, while I never expected everything to be exactly like the example on the site, I did assume the contents would be of equitable value. Additionally, when the recipient went to the shop to question it, they were treated very rudely. They did take back the basket and thankfully returned the product cost, so I am only out the delivery cost and fees. Well, I tried to support local business….Hopefully, Mom enjoys her new basket...

I purchase flowers weekly for my home. For Valentine’s Day I Inquired about a specific arrangement for a gift and asked about availability. I was told no problem, we can definitely do this for you. Show up the next morning and they aren’t available. I was told they would arrange something else that was similar and using like colors. Pinks and purples. What was arranged was completely different and really tacky! White, Yellow, pink, red, orange and purple. Not to mention my overpriced flowers died within 3 days. Seemed like they gathered random things that didn’t match and tossed them together. Frustrated and on a strict timeline, I took them anyways. I was hoping to have found my go to florist for the Yuma area, but it seems I will have to keep looking. I rated two stars because they had flowers. Just don’t expect anything stylish or...

I was really happy with everything about this experience. I ordered online. I picked the picture of one of my flowers to look like and they look just like it. Delivery delivery prompt. The deliveries were for my mother‘s birthday And my mother told me that the men who delivered the flowers was very kind. What more could you ask for? True picture to picture, Promptness and kindness. Those are three things you can’t depend on anymore. The flower mine has my business as long as my mother lives in Yuma. What a great way to start your fourth quarter of life.
