A couple of "bad" notes, but mostly a good experience overall. We haven't been here ever and had heard they have great sushi and an amazing value during the buy one get one free sushi rolls during their happy hour. Since we didn't know what we wanted we decided to go in and look at the menu. The staff was great at explaining the deals and the menu. So we ended up placing an order. One of the staff volunteered to write on the boxes which roll was which in case we liked/didn't like something we'd know what it was. Fantastic. They took our name and number and said they'd call us as soon as the food was ready, which was expected to take about 20-30 minutes. No problem. (Btw, we ordered the Yuma roll, Double Tiger roll, Green Bamboo, and Volcano roll.) So we ended up running a quick errand across the street then came back and parked while we waited for the call. After about 45 minutes of waiting we hadn't received a call so my wife went inside to find out how much longer it would take. She found out our food had been bagged and was sitting on a table, but no one had called us to let us know. They also forgot to write on the boxes the names of each roll. Regardless of the little inconvenience, the sushi was delicious and most definitely a great value for the price. We were expecting to get small rolls as they were priced at BOGO, but they were large full-sized rolls! Incredible. We will definitely go back. On my last purchase i walked in on the 15 minutes la lady said my order would be ready (9:35pm) One person was waiting ahead of me. 10 minutes later i was acknowledged. Paid for my order and went to my car to noticed one of the rolls was the wrong one. I walked in and explained what happened and was told the it was to late to make the roll that was ordered. I was offered to take the incorrect roll which is one i don’t like and let the lady know. Since they couldn’t make it she offered to give me credit under my customer phone number for the correct roll. I said great sounds good.
Today April 10th at 4:15pm Im on my way to my car coming off work, I call so i could place an order, and no one answered. I work 3 minutes away from Blue Fin. I thought, I’ll place an order and stop to fuel while my order is ready. I stopped straight from work. Two cars in the parking lot and 3 waitresses which two of them seemed to be chatting to each other. I place my order and explain that i have a credit for a roll. Waitress said no credit was found. I pulled my bank statement on my phone to show when i made the purchase and asked to call the cashier that closed that night. She said she couldn’t call her associate on their day off. She didn’t offered a way to help me at all.

Read moreMy daughter is ALLERGIC to avocado so I always order her favorite roll with out it. Every time I order I repeat a couple of times “PLEASE NO AVOCADO”. They constantly forget to leave out the avocado and yet I continue to buy their rolls. I’m always having to go back to the location to get the roll remade.
Two weeks ago I bought 6 rolls. All the rolls had avocado so I had to buy another one and stood there to make sure it had no avocado. I was called in to work so I took a roll with me. At work I noticed the roll smelled fishy I did not eat it, thank God but my family ate some and got sick that night. The rolls got thrown away by the time I got back from work so I was unable to take them in so they can see. I let it go because that was my mistake. So I went back today 8/24/2021. I ordered a roll with no avocado. And YES it had avocado. when I placed my order I stressed to the cashier to make sure there was no avocado. when I got home there it was, lovely shade of green inside the roll. I returned to the location. DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK and definitely not going back. I have been very patient with Blue Fin employees but that place has screwed up over and over.
