Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Yuma

I had a Dr. Appt and told the girls in the office I would make a Dutch Bros run on my way back. I had 5 orders. When I got to Dutch I was happy there were only 3 cars in front of me. As I pulled up cars started to trickle in behind me. The guy came out of the building and went to the car behind me before I could roll down my window and stop him. He took all the orders behind me before I got his attention as he was heading back into the building. I told him I had 5 orders and I needed them labeled. He said he would make sure they were all labeled. When I pulled up to the window the girls were confused since the orders they were working on and finishing were all the cars behind me and my order was the last one yet I was actually at the window. I sat there and waited for all my drinks as all the cars behind me went around with their finished order. I just got back to work and not only are none of the drinks labeled but one of them doesn't have the soft top it was...

Just came through the drive thru got 2 small caramelizers I tried paying with card with the first girl who was helpful and told us to pay up front because it'd swipe better at the window. So we wait to go up to the window but another girl already comes out with our drinks, literally spills it on herself and it spilled inside my car too right in front of me and still handed me the drink that was spilt all over and didn't even offer a napkin or bother to wipe off the cup for me and then didn't even know we weren't charged yet until I told her "with card", she tries to leave me with the messy sticky drink and no napkin to wipe down the coffee. After trying to pay with 2 different cards because their swipe don't work I just give her cash to hurry up and she literally still takes the tip I put in at first which she shouldn't even after spilling my drink, and my drink was still sticky/messy when given to me afterwards, didn't even bother wiping it after I gave it...

The audacity and attitude of the barista at this location is uncalled for. My drink was made with your amazing chocolate milk unfortunately I asked and Paid for Oat milk because I can no longer have dairy. Not only was the drink about 3 shades darker brown, but I took a sip just to check and YEP the thickness and sickness of dairy. I walk back up. One of the orders takers intercepts me in line and then disappears. It's been a long time now so I poke my head in to ensure it was actually sent... This is when the female with unblended highlights tells me she's making it and then with sass tells me the other drink WAS oat. Well lucky she doesn't have an allergy but you'd have to be blind to not know the obvious color difference. It's insulting now how long I've waited for a 2nd drink that should have been on the fly ..And this one has the caramel drizzle I also ordered and didn't get the first time. I get this drink everyday, don't...
