At 95 degrees at 2:30pm, the place was now semi open for dine in to the public but I wanted to go. I just came in to order the $12.99 one plus one for spaghetti with meat sauce on it for two people. At the door, the hostess told me to order over the phone outside but before going back, I used the restroom and it was awful because the urinal area was really dirty and it stinked. After I came out, I sat waiting over the phone for 5 continuos minutes for someone to pick up so that I could order my food but no answered, so I came directly back inside to order with the manager who was taking orders over the phone as I aproached him. I told him what I needed and he asked me to go back and order over the phone; he even added he he had two or three people waiting over the phone. I replied I was one of them and asked if he could take my order directly because no one answered but he refused and said he could not. I exclaimed that he could if he wanted to make it happen but he chose not to listen to me, so I left and on my wait out told the hostess about their dirty men's restroom in their five star restaurant which seemed to me like one. I think the restaurant needs to have cleaner restrooms. I never seen an Olive Garden so dirty as this one and at the same time so picky and so uptight. It did not cost much a bit of generosity or good character to take my order and ask me to wait outside but even after covid pandemia, people still want to be so uptight and righteous and do not listen to people's needs anymore; franchises only care about one thing-my wallet. Well, if you aint got the right attitude or character for giving good customer service, dont bother talking to me. You are wasting your time here. I find other places are much better for less and are more enjoyable where they really listen to what customers need, not at what they can pay....

Went to have my favorite Chicken Alfredo for lunch and for the second time the pasta was stuck together and under cooked. I let it go the last time but this time I felt they should know so other customers wouldn't feel ripped off like I did. The server called the manager and he came and said the pasta is supposed to b hard. I couldn't believe what he was telling me. I looked at him like he was crazy and told him no sr. this pasta is not supposed to b undercooked, raw, and stuck together. I grew up eating this exact pasta at olive garden from many different states and have rarely and I mean once in a blue moon had to complain. And it was never about the pasta it was that maybe it just didn't have enough sauce so at times I would order extra. But here in Yuma at this location I got pasta stuck together and not fully cooked two times in a row and when I brought it up the manager had the nerve to tell me that's how it was supposed to b. Never going again. Then my daughter thought she could take her soup to go and he said we weren't allowed to take our food to go because we ordered the unlimited and that he didn't understand why we would expect to get free food there when no restaurant gives free food. I looked at him and said "wow that was really rude and no one is expecting free food we just want to take home our left overs" I. Just. Can't. Believe. It. At that point my daughter just kept asking him to leave the table before I flipped out even more. Omg bad bad experience. Some servers have attitude and some r amazing. But with a management like that I can understand why some of the employees are not happy. Toxic was just reaping out of the food and the...

I have always enjoyed coming here with my family and having drinks as well as enjoying the food except for today, I have used my drivers license as my identification to verify my drinking age , my sister used her California Id and while I tried using my Arizona one which this place is also located in the server said he can’t accept my is I asked why if I have used it at every restaurant for the past year he went to confirm with his manager which name is SHERRY sherry explained she couldn’t accept it because it was not horizontal and she has not gotten any email saying she can accept drivers license which is crazy if the law can accept how can’t a restaurant accept it ? She kept telling me until something changed in her emails she couldn’t accept my drivers license I told her how can you not verify with my drivers license it clearly has my DOB and and all the info needed to verify I am able to drink yet I did not get my drink I then asked if we can move to a bigger table or add another table to ours because my two brothers were going to join us and the server asked his manager if he was able to and she told him no because it would be in there way then the service was terrible it took them so long to take our orders and bring us to go boxes when asked I couldn’t believe how bad the service was I then started to think it was discrimination because I my family was the only Hispanic table in there and everyone else was being served so much better I am so disappointed of this so called...

yuma Arizona is not what it used to be. You actually have many good options for dining… Olive Garden is not one of them. Of course there are many families and it was very very busy but the help was hopelessly preoccupied and unattentive and the waitress spread far too thin. In addition, they still have the point-of-sale machine for "some" of the food to be ordered and paid for at the table - in addition to your order being taken by a waitress. This resulted in our appetizers (point of sale on table) arriving substantially later than our dinners. We also waited 30 minutes at the bar next to the hostess table without ever being called for our table… And then they tried to deny that they missed calling us Even though we were seated literally within 2 feet of the hostess stand at the bar. The food was mediocre at best, although I will say that the soups were all very good. That said, I will never be back. I would give it one star if it weren't for the soup...so i gave it two stars; especially since the soup is "all you can eat". The salad was skippable but also all you can eat.

An excellent place for date night, a family affair, or formal occasion. The bottomless soup and salad is always a hit with my family, and despite their not being any senior or military discount, we still enjoy it at a reasonable price. The service is always spectacular, and food arrived hot, delicious and in a timely manner. The kids were entertained with crayons and coloring pages on their children's menu, for the short wait until food arrived. The seating arrangements could be improved - by no fault of the employees, the acoustics of this building design make it difficult to hear the people you share your table with over the other noise in the room. But in all fairness, we came to eat, not chat, and eat is what we did! Excellent food, as expected from Olive Garden, in an easy to find location. Beware wait times if you plan on visiting during "common dining hours". Otherwise, it's worth a visit, even if your baby is far too sleepy to eat.

Food was great and service decent, but the cleanliness could be improved. We brought my service dog in training with us and the gave us a nice big booth to accommodate the Labrador in tow. When we got to the booth I had to ask them to clean the floor under the booth because there was pasta on the floor, I hadn't even sat down and I could see it, so they could have too and shouldn't be sitting anyone in a booth where their stepping in pasta. My dog goes under the table and settled down and went to pat her for being good and found gum on my hand when I pulled it out from under the table, but didn't think much of it. This morning I found a wod of gum on her harness, so now I'm going to have to wash her harness and hope it comes out of the fabric. People stop putting your gum places it shouldn't be! Olivia Garden, please check your tables more regularly for this kind of thing
