Were to start with this. When we walked in the door at 11:45 we saw that they were offering French Dip sandwich for the daily special. When I went up to order I was told they were out of beef and we had to order something else. Why did they still have the sign up if they had already run out? So I ordered the Ruben. We went to get a table and found that most of them had not been wiped down. They were sticky and had food crumbs on them. So I went into he men's to get a wet paper towel to wipe my own table.
The men's room was a pig sty to say the least. There were bits of toilet paper scattered around on the floor, the toilet was dirty and had pubic hairs on the seat and tank. The trash can was full to overflowing onto the floor and the sink hadn't been cleaned or wiped down in days.
I wondered then what the kitchen looked like if the restrooms were this bad.
When I got my sandwich there was a bag of home made potato chips on the tray. The bag contained a handful of literally potato crumbs and the chips were rubber. You could actually wrap one around you finger. You could tell that someone had just emptied a larger bag into mine because it was just crumbs and pieces about the size of a quarter. What we got for $17.00 was way over priced. Two sandwiches and glasses of milk
The Ruben was mediocre to good. The dill pickle was the best part of the lunch.

Read moreI went through the Kneaders drive thru on 10/10/18 at the 1651 East Castle Dome, Yuma AZ 85364. I ordered a BLT on Foraccia bread with fruit salad and a beverage, as well as a kids PBJ meal. My order total was $18.62 and I paid with my visa. I noticed the girl took about 3 minutes for my visa and normally it was less than a minute. I drove away with our order and I noticed that they gave me a turkey/mayo sandwich and my son’s PBJ was just two pieces of bread. I had to return to the kneaders to get my correct order. An hour later I checked my bank statement and there was the charge for $18.62 for my order and another charge from kneaders for $53.44! I called the store and the manager on duty said that the $53.44 was for a call in order but she didn’t know why the clerk, Karissa, would use my card for my drive thru order and a “call in order”. I was told I would get a call back the following day for an explanation and my money would be refunded right away. It’s now the 12th and I still have the $53.44 charge and NO ONE has called back with an explanation on why Karissa was using my Visa to pay for her friend’s food, I’m assuming that was her goal. This is the 3rd incident at this Kneaders I have experienced something wildly messed up. Aside from filing a police report I was hoping corporate would have a better chance at explaining...
Read moreI absolutely love the food here and have always enjoyed going back until yesterday. I went in to pick up some desserts for a special occasion. I am very disappointed to say the least not only with the customer service but with the lack of professionalism. My order was taken and paid for. After handling my money, the young girl prepared my desserts and she did not use gloves, she used her bare hands. After placing all 3 deserts in a to go tray she left my order on the counter and then engaged in a conversation with another co worker, both on their phones as I was waiting for her to hand me my order. During this time the manager was repeatedly asking them if I had been helped. They did not change their position and I continued to wait. Another co worker approached the manager for whatever reason in front of me and he had Hickies all over his neck. After waiting for my order the 2 co workers disengaged with the one grabbing a dessert for herself after being on her phone again with no gloves and then proceded to leave the store as I did. I was simply disturbed by this experience and will not be returning. I sympathize with management and I felt that she was overwhelmed and disappointed herself yesterday. Very poor customer service and serious lack of...
