Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Got two different stories from two different technicians about the same issue and the same phone. Then when I went to pick up the phone the tech wouldn’t so much as even look at me - just handed me the phone. I said is that It and I got a “yup” not any instructions on what to do or thank you for stopping by or have a nice day. Nothing. I absolutely do not recommend going to the geek squad at Best Buy in the Yuma Palms center, absolutely horrible customer service and to top it off there were customers in the store that we’re having an issue with the Best Buy team and then they sat there and talked smack about them in front of me while I was sitting there…. This is the second warranty I've purchased from them and both times was told that my extended warranty did not cover accidental damage despite the customer service representative I purchased it through telling me otherwise at the time of purchase.
