Medical Shoppe — Local services in Zephyrhills

So about four weeks ago I went to the medical shop scrub shop in Zephyrhills next to Little Caesars pizza. I ordered to scrub tops And paid to have them embroidered with my school logo. I just got the call today and went to pick them up and this is what went down…

The amazing woman who owns the store and works there explained to me that she ordered the tops and gifted me a third top in the style that I liked but didn’t order out of the kindness of her heart. The delay was because the lady who embroiders them had a family emergency and accidentally put the logo in the wrong side.

She reordered the tops I ordered and had them done correctly and STILL ordered me the third top as a gift. On top of all that, she offered me the three tops that were done wrong for free. I did decline because I could not wear them and she said she could donate them to a local church instead which I thought was an awesome idea.

I am a repeat customer here many times over and I cannot recommend them enough. So kind, so honest and fair and I urge you all to go there for your scrubs and medical supplies like your pen lights, shoes,...

I just went in to get prices for my boss and her fairly large cleaning company. The woman working there was BEYOND rude. I have never left a business wanting to write a negative review before today. She was not helpful, combative and made a particularly rude assuming comment “well the one you took a picture of is the most expensive” what is your point? Do you assume my boss cannot afford the best for her staff? You literally destroyed an opportunity to outfit a local, well sized company with tons of ties in the neighborhood. Marie at the Medical Shoppe is an amazing person who treats her customers like close friends. She is patient and helpful which keeps us coming back for her stellar service.
