I placed a large order online which i was informed would take longer. I appreciate being told that up front. When i arrived to the counter to pick it up, not a single employee acknowledged me so i didn't know if i could just take the order. I finally did and the sauces were missing . I had to wait for a very long time to get an employee to help me. I left and drove home only to discover that the two wings i had specifically ordered a la carte (for which i paid almost $2 EACH!) had been substituted with two legs. I then had to drive all the way back to the store. Again i had to wait at the counter while being pointedly ignored. The employee who finally assisted me was rude, not AT ALL apologetic for the mistake and then they took back the two legs i was given by mistake instead of offering them to me for my trouble!? They then placed the box with the chicken legs on the counter instead of throwing them directly in the trash which now makes me wonder if they will sell those to an unsuspecting customer. Disgusting!! I will never return to this store! I spent over $50 on cold chicken, rude and inaccurate service and a suspicion about reselling food that had left the store with a customer. This is shameful. There are too many good options to get food to settle for rude, inaccurate orders. The entire meal was ruined. Mistakes happen but a simple apology goes a LONG WAY; a small token gesture of compensation shows excellent customer care. It's a shame because we really like the chicken(although not the instant mashed potatoes and watery gravy) but not enough to support such poor experience. We will get Publix fried chicken which is just as good and the employees are wonderful. Overall terrible experience. I think I'm just going to pack my lunch again every place in Zephyrhills seems to have trouble giving you what you order or any utensils to eat it with. I was given my order and when pulling away I noted there was no way in that small box there could be what I ordered. So I went around. The female behind the voice box asked what I would like to order. I said I had ordered but it does appear that all pieces are not there. She says well did you order the 12 piece. Now i had just said that. Then she says what is missing. I said i need to know if this container has 12 pieces. Again she says but what is missing. Now we are going around in circles. I said i will go up to the window. And in a appropriate voice and good customer service you would expect for her to say something like. Ok we will meet at the window. Instead she stated " then go to the window". I don't have the patience for little kids. At the window the manager came out like she was going to fight. I told her what I was asking for, then she noted that the order was incorrect. She fixed it and apologized for the inconvenience. I was not angry I just wanted my order fixed.
