That is definitely not how you handle customer concerns and ensure return customers. I used no profanity with you whatsoever and was not rude, loud, or obnoxious. I understand that there may be training going on but making excuses for lack of basic math skills is poor management skills. Easy way to rectify w/out causing a terrible review or a report being sent to corporate is 'I'm so sorry for the mix up. Please accept my apology and come pick up your product as soon as you can'. A nicer thing to do since most people aren't really wanting to have to leave their homes again and drive back to where they just came from to get something that they should have gotten the first time but didn't would be to throw in a little something like a coupon for something on the next visit or another pie or something. Just a thought because most likely I won't be driving up there again but I won't forget the entire experience. Times like we are currently in are not times when we want to use poor customer skills because customer service is everything. People have gotten accustom to receiving poor customer experience but we have choices and experiences like this for me means that I will choose to go anywhere other than your establishment going forward. Let’s back, first I ordered through the APP, husband went to go get it and the lobby was closed, so we went and hopped into the line WAITED AN HOUR, got to the speaker and was told they handed our food out and to contact customer support because they thought it was DoorDash. We told them it’s not DoorDash and it was mobile was told the manager said they would remake it this one time and one time only. Pulled up to the window showed them my phone with proof it was a mobile order and was told ok we have no drinks at all ok fine I get it. We get told to pull up so we do and had to wait an extra 10 minutes on top of the hour we already waited. Get our food and the onion rings were semi cold, the whopper that was supposed to be bacon and cheese with everything on it was just a burger with mayo and ketchup, daughters nuggets were cold and she didn’t get her apple juice. So when we tell her(Roxanne) she says I just got here so I don’t know! Then (bianca) the other worker comes up too the window and says she didn’t order a small but okay when we clearly did for the meal and by itself!
