Zero stars for this location. Will not be doing business with this location. Poor customer service, bad management and had to wait almost thirty minutes and still did not get my order. What happened (tonight 11/06/2018 between 9pm and 9:30pm): I placed my order, the pizza was already done, just waiting on crazy bread. An upset customer came in about problems with their order (there three (3) pizzas did not have enough pepperonis on them). They did not bring the three pizzas back, they just walked in complaining. That customer got my pizza and two more pizzas because they were upset, and at no charge. I waited another twenty-five minutes, my pizza was finally done, again had to wait on the crazy bread to come out of the oven. Another upset customer came in, they forgot to put extra cheese around the crust of his pizza. They took MY PIZZA and fix it the way he wanted it and gave it to him for FREE. How does forgetting to add extra cheese to the crust or what someone believes is not have enough pepperoni on a pizza, ruin it, making it inedible and requires a free pizzas? No, they got there first pizza order and then got free one to boot. By now, I have been waiting over twenty-five minutes and there were NO pizzas coming out of the oven. I was told it would be another seven to ten minutes. Everyone except myself and one another customer were getting their orders. So, I demanded my money back and left. By the way the another customer had been waiting longer than myself. He had placed his order before I arrived and was still waiting when I left. He might still be waiting............ I have been going to this location for a little over two full years now, every Tuesday, and ordering a pizza and crazy bread. So, I am (well was) a regular customer, NOT any more. If I have a problem with an order, I return with the order so that they can see their mistake and correct it. None of these people brought back the order they were complaining about. Read moreI was VERY disappointed today. I ordered two large pretzel crust pizzas for my family for dinner, along with an order of Crazy bread. The online ordering was fairly easy even for someone technologically challenged as i am. The pizzas were ready on time and the pickup process was seamless. Unfortunately, i didn't check the order because i was in a hurry. That was my stupid mistake I arrived home to find that only one of the pizzas was pretzel crust. I double checked the receipt and the order email to confirm that it wasn't my error. It was not. One of the pizzas was on a regular crust but with the cheese sauce, salted, and pepperoni. It was exactly what i ordered EXCEPT for the crust. The pretzel crust was the primary reason i ordered it. I called the store and waited on hold while my family ate the one correct pizza. The ONLY remedy i was offered was to return to the store with the incorrect pizza and then to WAIT while they made the correct pizza for me. I asked if they could make the pizza in advance so that when i arrived with the incorrect pizza, i could just grab the correct one and leave. I was told no. So, let's recap: your employees made a simple mistake (it happens) but then i am completely inconvenienced at every turn and then your "solution" to make the customer happy is to have me wait at the store while you make me the pizza i ordered to begin with!?!? And i should be satisfied with that?!? That is unacceptable. There are no fewer that 6 pizza restaurants in my small town!! Your pretzel crust is wonderful but it is not THAT wonderful. WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!! First, it took about 5 minutes before anybody noticed I came in, meanwhile the one employee I saw and heard was behind the holding case texting on his phone. I was finally able to put in my order of the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and one order of the pepperoni crazy puffs (TERRIBLE!!!). After I ordered, I waited 40 minutes to get my order. Up until a few minutes prior to getting my order, I did not see or hear another employee there.
When I arrived home and grabbed a plate to get my husband’s pizza for him (I live only about 5 minutes away), the pizza looked as if it was over cooked and old instead of fresh. Tasted like it too. Pizza was not hot, which I suspected because he kept leaving pizzas sitting on the counter versus the holding box to keep food hot.
The puffs were nice and hot, however they were extremely disappointing and very small. They look NOTHING like advertised and barely had any cheese whatsoever. I feel like there was more sauce than cheese.
Tonight’s order was an extreme disappointment and waste of money. I’ve been eating Little Caesar’s for years without ever having an issue. This place has really dropped the ball, and we probably won’t go back! Again, WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I can’t call the store because nobody answers the phone.
