Veshchevoy Rynok Chorsu — Local services in Tashkent

We had a good Sunday brunch and decided to visit Veshchevoy Rynok Chorsu. We just gathered around the bazaar and looked at the people. It drizzled, and we liked the atmosphere. The bazaar itself is not as big as Bek Baraka, but for city center it’s big enough. If you are looking for something modern forget this place, just come as us to see the people and feel the atmosphere. The prices are reasonable. They have some nice beautiful local dresses shops. The rest stuff is mostly China...

This place has changed a lot. I myself spent much of my childhood there while my dad spent about 25 of his years of life here. One of the best features of this bazaar is you can find a decently good quality products unlike other counterparts, it surely is pricy sometimes but it worths. BUT, for that you mainly have to look around upper bazaar or commonly referred to as "tepa bozor" because you may become a victim of scam at lower bazaar or "pas bozor"....

I’m American but was born here so I speak the language and the sellers are very flexible with pricing! Don’t forget to bargain and be kind. They inflate prices...
