I really want to give a sincere thank you and a "well-deserved" 5-star review for [Kadupul spa] From the space, the service to the people here - everything left a very good impression in my heart after the experience.

Right from the moment I stepped in, I felt comfortable and relaxed: the space was neat, clean, the scent was light, the background music was soft - all combined to make me really "relax".

The receptionist here must be said to be super cute and extremely professional. Not the forced or "smiling" type, but really friendly, hospitable, spoke softly and very skillfully. They clearly advised on each service, listened to my needs without forcing or soliciting me. I felt respected and cared for from the smallest things.

That day I used the facial package (intensive facial care) and was really satisfied. The technician was very gentle, skillful in his work but did not cause any pain or discomfort.

Each step was carefully explained: from removing makeup, exfoliating, to applying a mask and relaxing massage. My skin is quite sensitive, but after the treatment, not only was it not irritated, it also felt softer.

What I really appreciated was that the spa used products of clear origin, light scent, no alcohol, and the technician often asked if I felt comfortable during the treatment. The Head massage almost made me fall asleep because it was so relaxing.

At the end of the session, I was invited to drink juice and eat some light cake. Hehe the cake there is delicious 😋

I have been to many spas but there are really few places that are both professional, dedicated, and still maintain the closeness like here. It is not only about beauty, but also an experience that "recharges" the body and mind.

I will definitely come back often, and will recommend to friends and relatives. A very trustworthy place and worthy...

My boyfriend and I had a really great experience here, so much so that we ended up going two days in a row. The first day I got an herbal massage, and he got both an aroma massage and a head massage. We had Daisy and Josie, and they were fantastic at making the environment and massages very calming and good experiences. Ann at the front desk was also so pleasant and wonderful with explaining to us the various options and kind answering all of the many questions we had about what they entailed. With the competitive pricing and excellent service, we decided to come back a second day as well. Unfortunately we did not get the girls, names today, but we did have a good time today too. My boyfriend liked it so much that he got the aroma massage one more time, this time for a longer time period, and he was out like a light sleeping pretty soon into it. I got the highest level of facial skin care, which included many treatments, masks, and even a small electric treatment for tightening my skin. I will admit at some points I did find a few of the shocks to sting a bit, but it was nothing too painful, and both and and my boyfriend could see a difference in my skin quality immediately after. Overall, it was a fantastic time and one of the best places we have gone for massages and treatments in Hanoi (and trust me, we have been getting them every day of our five day stay). Joined my friends for their 2-hour session and decided to go along with the same arrangement - 30 minutes hair/head massage, 30 minutes foot massage, and 1 hour back massage.

Felt that the sequence was all wrong, it should have been foot back hair, it was the reverse instead. What a nightmare.

Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. The hair massage was rough and uncomfortable - she tugged at my hair so hard that quite a bit was pulled out. I asked her twice to be gentler, but it didn’t improve. On top of that, she kept splashing water on my face, which made it even more unpleasant. Woke up the next morning with my hair all fizzy and tangled, truly a disaster.

The back massage was overly oily and felt more like aimless rubbing than proper technique. She attempted to crack my back, but it was clear she lacked the skill and confidence to do so safely.

The foot massage was the most disappointing - it felt like random pressing with no technique. She handled my ankle so loosely it made me uneasy, and I ended up feeling more pain than relief.

To top it off, she used a wet towel to wipe off the oil, which didn’t do much. Overall, a really underwhelming and uncomfortable experience.

However, perhaps it was just me that faced this unfortunate situation, my friends seemed to enjoy their experience. Regardless, the receptionist was nice and hospitable with drinks...
