Absolutely terrible experience. The hotel and room were extremely dirty, and the entire building reeked of fried food. The room I had selected when booking wasn’t available upon arrival, and the manager was shockingly rude with zero customer service skills. After wasting five hours of my time, I was finally given the room I originally booked — and it was awful. The air conditioning didn’t work at all; when turned on, it made strange noises and only blew unpleasant air. The heating function was also broken, and the “solution” was an ancient, unsafe heater that barely worked, so we ended up freezing for three days. I only booked this place as an emergency since I had to change plans due to the weather, and it was the only nearby option available. My previous hotel — Hanoi Boutique Hotel & Spa — was far better, cleaner, had amazing staff, great food, and was actually cheaper than this awful A25 hotel. To make matters worse, after our first breakfast at A25, both my girlfriend and I got food poisoning. And on top of everything, the staff was homophobic — they stared at us constantly, and one man working during breakfast even told me it was “weird” that two women loved each other. Absolutely unacceptable. Also after sleeping here I had bites all over my legs and the hotel said they can’t do nothing about it. They have bed bugs Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Near very busy Ta Hien beer street. Ok but has tiny cockroaches roaming in toilet. Free pho breakfast is very tasty, rivaling other best Pho shops.

Our room was spacious and we'd everything needed in it, fridge, iron, air con etc. But the room was dated and what was funny about it was that they put a bath tub I the bathroom without been connected to the pipe so the wather was running in the bathroom. We had a vip room 405 and I suggest when booking to ask a room art the back because next to the hotel there is a open plan night club and it's very noisy. ||The staff wasn't helpful and not very knowledgeable about the hotel. The breakfast wast a bit of a challenge and almost inexistent. See picture. Orange juice was awful, coffee cold left on display all morning. We came down for breakfast at 9.30 and the waitress check the time strait away. Breakfast finishes at 10. I ask for an omelet and I got one filled with chives and tomato I ask the waitress for a plain one and she came back with fried eggs. Next day I did ask for a plain omelet, insisting NOTHING IN IT. I got what... Fried eggs. My partner asked for American breakfast and got an omelet filled with bacon, mushroom and tomato. So if I inderstood everything is omelet except plain omelet which is fry eggs. For the next two days we went out...
