Read moreMy mum and I walked in without an appointment. The spa is clean and comfortable, with free wifi available. Upon arrival, they took our shoes and gave us slippers, then seated us on comfy lounge chairs where we were served tea, mixed raisins and nuts, and even had access to a bowl of candy. They also provided refreshing cold towels while preparing our treatment rooms. We waited less than five minutes despite not having booked an appointment.
My mum had a Vietnamese traditional massage (510,000 vnd) and a classic facial (490,000 vnd), while I had a foot massage (280,000 vnd) and a classic facial. The 45-minute, seven-step facial was thoughtfully done, and during the face mask, my therapist also massaged my hands, arms, and shoulders. The one-hour foot massage covered my whole leg up to the thigh.
Overall, we both had a wonderful experience and felt well taken care of. The only downside was that the staff did pressure us to increase our tip amount at the end, even after we had already given what was suggested.
We really enjoyed our visit. Thank you to the two lovely masseuses who...
Read moreAfter a our flight, my wife and I landed in Hanoi and made a beeline for Rice Spa—and let me just say, it was the perfect post-flight remedy. We opted for the four hands massage for 120 minutes, and it felt like we had booked a roundtrip ticket to relaxation city!
Having two therapists work on you simultaneously is something special—one end working on my head (which I particularly loved), and the other end taking care of my legs. It was like being the star of a well-rehearsed symphony of relaxation. Everything felt incredibly professional and comfortable from start to finish.
The best part? It was value for money thanks to their happy hour promotion for afternoon bookings—so do take advantage of that. They’re super responsive on WhatsApp, and Kong, the guy managing the messages, was not only friendly but also dished out some great local food recommendations and handy travel tips. It’s like a massage and a concierge service wrapped into one!
If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and professional massage spot in Hanoi, Rice Spa is a must. Definitely give them a try—you...
