I had a pretty decent experience at this place. The meat buffet itself is a great deal; to have unlimited BBQ for 300k. However, this price doesn't include the VAT charge, which really bothers me. They're not being 100% transparent with the pricing of their food, and that, for me, automatically brings it down one star.

Additionally, the staff definitely did not seem very friendly, which also negatively affected the overall rating of this place. They weren't attentive and all wore a frown on their face. There could be many reasons for this, but I won't speculate except to mention that it does affect customers' experiences.

However, the decor and vibe of the place was awesome, and the food was pretty good. Also, it's conveniently located if you're hanging around Old Quarter. I may come back some time and update the review if my experience...

Brisket was hands down one of the juiciest/tender meat I’ve had.

The salad was good, and the side items were ok.

The rice was one of the worse rice I’ve ever had! How do you mess up rice! It’s was still raw and uncooked rice!

Customer service is by the the WORST I’ve experienced in Vietnam and America! The workers for the exception of one was good! Majority of them were karate chopping each and kicking eachother! Play fighting is definitely not professional! We had to ask for rice 3x and salad they ran out after asking 2x! Initial coal setting up took forever! Slow service!

Nobody here knows what’s on the menu and others are just straight up incompetent; not sure how they have jobs!

I blame myself for coming here, awful idea. The food was mediocre (for the actual food we received as we were left without many of the side dishes without explanation), the service was appalling. We felt like second class citizens as we were not Asian instagrammers, nobody ever approached us, no drink orders, never turned on the extractor for us. barely received food after 35 minutes waiting. Had to beg borrow and steal other utensils, napkins, etc .. I will give some credit to the young man who tried his best to cater to what we were asking/shouting for even though he...
