I visited this boba tea bar with a friend, and while the space was small and a bit cramped, the decor was charming. A standout feature was a board covered in cute notes with anime or fandom-themed drawings, which added a fun, creative touch. Unfortunately, the boba tea itself was disappointing. I chose a basic option as it was my first time trying boba, but it was so unpleasant that I couldn’t finish it. My friend managed to finish theirs but ended up with a stomachache afterward. Additionally, they had run out of the boba balls listed on the menu and substituted them with something else, which really detracted from the experience. Oh my gosh, YuMi Bubble Tea in Pristina and Tirana was like a dream come true during my Balkan trip! As a huge fan of Asia, K-pop, boba, and anime, finding this place was amazing. The atmosphere was super cute and cozy, just like the bubble tea shops I loved in Seoul. The staff were really friendly and knew everything about the menu. I had their Taro Milk Tea with tapioca pearls, and it was sooo good! It was creamy and not too sweet, and the pearls were nice and chewy. The cups were also really nice, and the straws were perfect for sipping on those pearls. Honestly, the boba here might be even better than what I get back home in Germany, which is saying something! If you’re in the mood for something creamier, their jasmine milk tea with pudding and tapioca is also amazing, definitely better than other similar places around that we’ve tried.
