The Hole Bar - Alcatraz Speakeasy Hidden Bar — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

The fair rate for this experience is 2 stars. Firstly you have to pay 9.000 pesos to enter without reservation. This is okay, you get the cocktail for the price. But this was the worst cocktail I ever had in my life. Just sugar and alcohol so I could not finish it. Like the ones teenagers prepare for themselves before partying when mixing in a bottle. They need a REAL bartender. I dont want to even start on the low quality food they offer. The couvert is some speead and focaccia that feels a week old. Its already hard, not easy to chew. It also feels like the one from the cheapest supermarket full of aditives. No fresh food at all. We had some overpriced sushi, that was bad and falling apart. Do not come for the food, but only for the experience. We were 2 and spent 60.000 pesos. For 2 drinks, 15 sushi rolls and one provoleta. Thats it. It's so unique. The whole prison concept is incredible, it had great places where you can take good photos without extra cost and it's really well made. Food is delicious, we ordered the ribs and OMG, the hamburgers' beef was also unbelievable and the cocktails we had were so good. Would improve the light. While I understand it's part of the concept, it makes it hard to hold a good conversation when you can't even see much, plus trying to read the menu was a challenge, we had to used our phones. THE WORST SERVICE IVE EXPERIENCED IN ARGENTINA. The place is the only great thing here. The waiters are rude and seem to be very unprepared, specially the one who served us. I’ve ordered a Coke Zero, the waitress never came back with it and when I called her again, she said I never ordered anything and insisted 2x telling me that I didn't order a coke. She brought me a Pepsi zero and when I asked for the coke I ordered, she said they don’t have it.
