Urban Jazz Pizza — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

This place has the ingredients and good enough customer service to be above average in Buenos Aires, but its extremely inconsistent. One time I got my pizza and the entire pizza toppings were off (last picture).

They immediately offered another pizza on the house, which was great customer service. The next time I ordered it, it was near perfect (you can clearly tell in the pictures the pizza that was cooked properly vs the ones that were carelessly put together).

But then I ordered it again, and again, it was sloppily put together (picture 2). You can just tell sometimes they throw a bunch of ingredients on the pizza without taking the time to make sure they are evenly distributed. This results in a very soggy pizza that is unappetizing to look at, impossible to eat without a fork, needing to scoop up the ingredients as they fall off the pizza. Also results in a very soggy mess really. This last time I mentioned it again, and they didnt do anything. Also I told them via whatsapp to have specific change, and the delivery driver did not have any change upon arrival for what I requested.

This place could be better if they just took the time and had some QA to be consistent, but for now its just tossing a dice hoping you get the pizza you...

La verdad que tenía una opinión muy buena de este lugar en Google, pero dada la experiencia de hoy a la noche decidí borrarla y escribir esta nueva. Empezó mal desde el principio, al tener el local a 2 cuadras siempre pedía para ir a buscar (hace varios meses que no pedía ya que me parecía que el precio - cantidad no valía la pena) y tenían un buen sistema de avisos. Hoy al pedir me mandan un mensaje automático indicando que el pedido se está preparando y que en aproximadamente 20 minutos estará listo. Espere esos 20 min, espere 10 minutos más y al no tener noticias de que el pedido estaba listo decido mandarles un mensaje, a lo que me responden que el pedido ya estaba listo a los 20 minutos, mi indignación fue muy grande. SI NO AVISAN NO PUEDO ADIVINAR. Ni tampoco voy a ir sin saber a los 20 minutos y clavarme esperando el pedido en la calle. Bueno, voy al local y recojo la pizza, la atención de estas nuevas chicas no es ni cerca de buena a la de las de hace unos meses, no fue mala pero tampoco la mejor. Pedí una pizza grande y un cachito. Este último recién lo pusieron a calentar cuando llegue por 2 minutos, claramente no se calento nada. La pizza al llegar a casa y abrirla estaba fría, claramente ya que estuvo 15 minutos esperando a que, alguien que no sabía que tenía que ir, vaya. Por lo que, una cena que quise resolver en 20 minutos sin esfuerzo terminó llevándome más del Doble y encima tuve que prender el horno. Experiencia horrible, una lástima ya que le tenía mucho cariño a este lugar, pero bajó muchísimo la calidad en estos últimos 6 meses. Con respecto a la pizza, el pepperoni es longaniza, no le digan pepperoni por favor. De sabor rica, era mejor antes. Se me desarmó completamente al sacarla de la caja para calentarla. Fantastic Burrata Pizza.

The dough was chewy, tasty, and still retained some moisture, exactly as I love it.

The condiments were well chosen and superbly presented.

The waiters figured out what I needed, had an English menu, and were helpful.

The atmosphere is dinghy: A small hole of a takeaway bar, and six decent wooden tables outside on the sidewalk.

Highly recommended for a pizza among friends and family; maybe not for a first date.

The only thing to understand is the price tag: 18’400 Pesos or US$18 for a pizza and a beer is on the higher side for...
