COBA — Restaurant in Yerevan

Regarding Cuba Club in Yerevan, Armenia, unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience. From the very beginning, the staff at the entrance were impolite and acted in a completely unprofessional manner. For entry, they charged 7,000 AMD per person. After unnecessary delays and rude treatment, we were directed to the basement floor.

There, two women were present; one secretly started recording us on her phone without permission, and the other asked in an inappropriate tone: “Why are you here? Do you have a reservation?” — even though we had already coordinated at the entrance. Eventually, a staff member came, glanced at us, and with the excuse of “no space available” kicked us out in a very disrespectful way.

As tourists, we expect at least basic respect and professional behavior — but unfortunately, this club offered...

The worst experience ever we called twice and they confirmed that the show lasts until 12am but that wasnt the case, we complained to management and they didnt do anything about it. We were told that after 12 there will be a club experience but once it was 12 they turned the lights on and the dj left. While we were unsatisfied and on our way out we had to wait an extra 15 minutes because the elevator was malfunctioning ,

This is really hard for me to rate this place 2 stars, but I have to share my experience. I visited COBA 3 time in November, each time spending over $300. The last visit as always we called and reserved a table. It was a big occasion for us, it was my pregnant wife’s birthday. As we enter, they show us a different table, which we hated. We asked why we can’t be seated at the table we asked and reserved. They made us wait about 30 minutes without anyone giving us a proper answer… turns out there was a big party and they gave our table to them. With no apologies or anything.
