Sorriso Gelato — Restaurant in Yerevan

Overall good if you want a lively place to sit and chat. The menu has a nice variety (I especially like the gelato section) and for the most part is always served fresh and still warm (for hot dishes). I Haven't ever had an issue with waiters either, as the staff are welcoming and clearly communicate. The children's play area is also very convenient, and bathrooms are clean, plus I frequently see janitors cleaning it. I deducted one point because the music has become unbearably loud and especially with the place being packed most of the time, I find myself having to yell over the music and other people to even hear what I'm saying. It gets even worse because essentially everyone starts yelling. Please consider some sort of volume control because it is headache inducing and has started dismaying me from going to this cafe which I usually loved sitting at. I have also noticed an increase in children's birthday parties there, which, I understand you can't reject a customer, but having someone's five toddlers running and screaming around takes away from what might be a more "relaxing"...

My husband and I recently dined at this restaurant, and I can't recommend it enough, especially at THIS location. The food was absolutely amazing—every dish was bursting with flavor. However, what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible service provided by our waiter, Narek.

Living in LA, we've had the pleasure of dining at many luxury restaurants, including those at the Ritz-Carlton, but Narek's service topped them all. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. It's rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like he did.

The place was clean the service was fast the dishes were wonderful the quality was great. We have to wait 5 to 15 minutes to have a free space to sit. I was disappointed with Chocolate lava cake, it was just a regular brownie with a scoop of ice cream on top of a brownie was a chocolate syrup what beef was not a lava cake. The service was very quick we ordered and about the five minutes later we receive all our dishes.
