Australia's Pizza House Hindley Street — Restaurant in Adelaide

We ordered a pizza with the lot minus anchovies, cheese damper, and a mixed family box with priority delivery.

The pizza had anchovies, be we received another PARTIAL EATEN PIZZA , we called to complain, asked for management, first guy laughed then put on a voice, I demanded management as i was furious, another woman came on, no apology, denied the Uber driver would eat it, and said I don’t know who made your pizza, I started talking about OH&S and she said she would get “management” to call…. They never called , we had no dinner, two days later management responded to a complaint I put on the page, and it was deplorable, stating I should’ve taken the order and I claimed some of my pizza was missing and he’s worked in the industry 33years and nothing he can say would make someone like me happy 😳😳😳

Now reading his responses to others here I understand. This place does not follow health standards, they lie and they are incredibly rude. I would have been happy and not got angry if staff didn’t laugh when I called, I would have been happy with a call on the night and some food being sent out to us. Disgusting service. Wish I...

Went here last night to get a Yiros and drink with my wife. First they tried to charge us almost $32 when it should have been $24.40, then despite having at least 6 staff on and us being the only people waiting we still didn't have our food after almost 20 minutes and had to ask for it.

They handed us our food about 2 mins later and we had to hurry off to pay for more parking instead of being able to sit down and enjoy our meal. Each bite we took varied from luke warm to freezing cold including the meat and I doubt the bread had even touched a hotplate. I suspect they had somehow managed to forget us standing there and quickly made it in under 2 mins when we asked where it was.

The one star is only for the lovely delivery driver! Value for money for sure, the meals are huge but we waited over an hour for our delivery. Ordered 3 veal schnitzels, but received 3 chicken. All sauces chosen were not delivered but we all did get tomato and tzisiki. Ordered 2 alla Panna and both pastas selected were not delivered with the correct pasta, but spaghetti instead, and garlic bread was forgotten, but hey, we did get a free bottle of coke though.... Overall, terrible, but we were hungry enough to eat our shoe, so it satisfied us.
