We Tried to dine in once and get take out, twice over 4 day period and it was fail on all occasions
Public holidays are busy. I get it. Where are the managers? Both times We attempted to get food the people on the cash register were lovely and tried to be helpful while the management responses were yelled out to us from The back kitchen
One of the managers yelled out that we couldn’t use the bathroom. (So we left) as we wanted to dine in. The register staff looked confused. I assume they occasionally approve bathroom use? I thought these places were required by law to offer bathrooms for paying customers who were dining in? What is your stand on this KFC?
The other time, was soooo busy, again the managers hide out in the kitchen and let inexperienced young crew take the hits. People lining up and others pouring In to the shop and there was one poor girl trying to take ordered and dispense orders. she was clearly flustered and needed help.
This is where the owners/ managers would usually step up. 10 minutes passed and Nothing. Poor staff.
This KFC store needs to take better care of its staff and make clear choices and policy’s that it stands by.

The boys should have returned all the burgers, but as the Manager was so rude to them they were reluctant to go back to the counter and complain. 90 minutes of eating their meals at this store both boys have spent considerable time on the toilet and have upset stomachs. Considering this is all they had eaten since breakfast time 9 hours earlier it is clearly the products cooked or not cooked properly. Read moreI was in the city with a mate and decided to give Hindley a whirl, my I friend I treated a zinger box too and I myself got the infamous 3 piece box and too my surprise was very pleased with the experience the bread roll was perfect and warm and slightly sweet, the chips were good and remained crispy through out being in the box, the chicken although crispy and moist was little to none in flavour although this was a dissapointment can't hold a grudge forever I'm sure it was a new cook and the gravy, the mash and gravy usually not the highlight of my meals when going to the kfc as I'm not usually a fan but this time was an acception as the gravy was liquid gold and the mash as soft as a feather it was the best I've ever had, there was an employee who's name I forgot that was as so kind to inform me and my mate of who was in charge of making this delicious mash and gravy and did infact supply the snapchat of said person her name being Charlotte although not getting to meet or thank Charlotte I'm still deep down in my heart greatful for allowing me and others to experience this once in a life time opportunity.
