I've been a patron of this pub for at least 10 years and in that time I've seen about 30 staff come and go and I've always been given pretty good service, but last night my friends and I were served by someone who appeared to be the manager and a woman with colourful hair and I've never experienced such rude and careless service at a bar in Adelaide. Firstly, the girl was rude from the moment we walked in and ordered drinks, and once we sat down a beer glass exploded in my friends hand and the staff couldn't care less about the cuts and splinters in his hand and we were handed two bandaids and a needle and told to take care of it ourselves. Then we were told by the manager to move inside because they were packing up while everyone else remained outside. This is not the only time someone I know has been treated poorly by this bar manager and these two particular staff members have a pretty poor reputation for being rude to...

Absolutely pathetic place , had been here a few times and actually got great service and had a good time ..... went tonight, had two beers, then went to get a third but was rudely informed that I would not be served ! Asked why and all I was told , we can’t serve you here ... I am a business owner and take pride in being a very professional, presentable person that very rarely drinks and would never do anything to disrupt or disrespect anybody else !!! Whilst , like I said to the very rude bartender “look around you are clearly serving very intoxicated people and yet I can’t get a beer even tho I am sober “ then All I got in reply was , “we don’t serve your type of people around here” I feel very disgruntled and very disrespected and honestly have no idea what I did wrong ?? Definitely would not recommend to anyone and will never return...
