A Succulent Chinese Meal indeed.

Went out for a Succulent Chinese Meal on a Sunday night with my mate, we decided to try out this place as it had positive reviews on Google but we had never been before.

We rock up at 7pm, and there’s no customers inside - was it a bad sign? Nope, from an opportunistic point of view that meant the food was going to be cooked quickly and with the positive reputation this place already had, the odds were in my favour.

The place honestly doesn’t look fancy in terms of interior design, but when you see how warm and friendly the family operating this restaurant are, you know they care about their food and service - and I got mad respect for that.

The food for price value was exceptional.

The Shrimp and Chives dumpling were freshly made and the taste reflected that.

The Sizzling Mongolian Beef had the right amount of juiciness and tenderness to it.

And my favourite, the Spicy Fried Chicken - IT IS GLORIOUS!!! The chicken was fried to god-tier levels of crispness with such rich pepper-imbued flavouring. Even the morning after with some painful ring of fire, I do not regret consuming such a wondrous dish!

This place is really good, and after walking past it after getting some desert elsewhere I was happy to see it busy with more customers. This place has my respect! Highly...

Did not get what I expected. 口水鸡 - chicken in sichuan chilli oil sauce - flavourless boiled overcooked chicken covered in peanut sauce with no spice. Looks nothing like pic on menu. 滑蛋鸡河粉 - chicken egg gravy hor fun - when is tri-colour frozen veg ever used in this dish?! Peas!?!?! Egg was not " 滑" but instead fried beaten egg that was broken up and then added into the sauce. Gravy did not have a good meaty flavour. Chicken overcooked. 牛腩面 - beef brisket...

My favourite Chinese restaurant. Pricing and food is ridiculously good! Every dish has been absolutely delicious - the cold sesame chicken is a must. Crispy beef is tender and sweet yet crispy! Cumin lamb is everything and more you can hope for! This joint is always open late, such a rare find of Adelaide! Hope to see more people recognising that this is the family joint to go to for any late night eateries in Chinatown when you...

This place is an ABSOLUTE HIDDEN GEM we only originally went here as it was around 11pm and they were the only place open. Now we are regular customers the food is fresh and tasty and appears to be family run which you can't beat. There's not much to say it's all well priced we had two satay noodle hotpots and 2 drinks for $58 for us that's cheap anyways just bloody yummy food highly recommended
