Get Sliced — Restaurant in Adelaide

Ordered lasagne and two pizzas for take-away; waited 20mins or longer. I could feel that they missed or forgot my order but one of their staff came up to me and said lasagne needs to be in the oven for 8.5 mins twice. Finally got my lasagne it was stone cold; i don't even think it was even put into the oven for 3mins. If you forgot the order just say it and I would've happily waited, mistakes can be made but lying to customer is just not right. Also I wouldn't have wrote the 1 star review if any one of your staff said sorry when I went back and asked for a refund but instead you only asked me if there was anything else I wanted. Disgusting pizza. Absolutely disgusting. I am not sure how can one eat their pizza. Ordered a pizza last night and asked for no cheese and thin crispy pizza and i was given a pizza with full of cheese and bread with no topping. They just hide their pizza with cheese. Their customer service is pathetic. The management looks like they have just come off streets and opened a shop with no customer service background at all. After arguing their quality of pizza they asked me to leave their shop instead of apologising. My freind said he never eats here because they found hair few times he ate in this shop. Love these guys always great food and service As a hospo working in and around hindley and gouger streets a late night pizza from these guys always hits “that spot” plus if I make it there in person F2F they’ll often take care of me. Give us hospo guys a lil extra ya know! Keep it up guys we love you, your pizzas are excellent, your team is always great and easygoing!!!
