We recently celebrated a birthday lunch at Grill'd, and it was a delightful experience overall. The restaurant's ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were attentive and accommodating, making our celebration feel special from the moment we arrived.

The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the burgers. They were not only delicious but also clearly crafted with high-quality ingredients. Each bite was packed with flavor, and everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The emphasis on healthy options was evident and appreciated, aligning perfectly with our preferences.

However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding pricing. While we understand the commitment to quality, some of our guests felt that the prices were slightly higher, especially for a group celebration. Offering occasional promotions or group meal packages could make dining here more accessible for larger gatherings and encourage more frequent visits.

Despite this minor concern, our experience at grill'd was memorable, thanks to the excellent food and service provided. We left satisfied and impressed with the overall experience. Review: Grill’d Adelaide CBD – A New Favourite! As always, Grill’d delivers amazing burgers—but today was extra special because it was my first time at their Adelaide CBD location. I usually go to the Marion branch, but honestly, the CBD spot just hits different. The vibe is lively, the ambiance feels more like a proper restaurant, and even the outdoor area has that aesthetic charm.

We ordered the Chips Share Plate with sweet potato and zucchini chips—absolutely stunning! Crispy, flavourful, and perfectly paired with three dips: herb mayo, chipotle mayo, and sweet chilli mayo. I’m not the biggest fan of the sweet chilli, but the herb and chipotle ones are a must-try!

For burgers, we mixed things up and got the Sir Truffle—a rich, delicious combo that works so well. We also tried the Hot Bird, which isn’t your usual burger. It’s bold with peppers, jalapeños, sour cream, and chilli relish—definitely a 9/10 if you’re into a spicy kick.

And of course, the sliders—our all-time favourite. No matter the flavour, they’re always a 10/10.

To balance all the savoury goodness, I had a mango and passionfruit drink, which was super refreshing and cut through the richness perfectly.

On 29/05/2025, at 6.30 p.m I got orders to pickup from Grill'D Rundle st as uber driver, due to peak time on the street there was no parking and finally got one far away, when got to the restaurant I asked for the customers order , the guy rudely told me to get Uber bag , I did clarified that it is not mentioned in the Uber pickup instructions and notes from the restaurant, which can be seen clearly in the picture provided of the interface, he insisted on not giving me orders until I get the bag, then another lady behind the front desk repeated the same thing harshly. Without accepting their fault of not changing the description in the Uber interface, which all the Uber drivers check before and after getting deliveries as all the restaurants mention their instructions clearly, they chose to behave inappropriately.
