Absolutely disgusting customer service, ordered on the app to get breakfast deals paid for the order and went to pick it up to then be told they “didn’t get my order” even though it clearly said location hindley street. had poor communication as I didn’t want to get double charged. proceed to take cash out the till and hand it to us, we told her we want to order the food and didn’t want the refund. Showed her my phone with what we ordered on the app for her to process it on the til instead which then made it $10 extra? We had customized items on there as well which she completely ignored even after we said we cannot have egg. order came out with egg in the wrap. brekky turkish burgers came out on normal burger buns… ice coffees had no ice & no cream we made them correct the egg error which took an extra 10 mins to the point where the food we had has now gone cold because we had to wait. Not once did they apologise for their mistake and we got daggers from the girl at the front counter. $52 for wrong items and cold...

Surprise surprise, the service is atrocious, food quality is low and clearly cooked the veggie whopper on the same grill with the regular meat Patty's as it came out burnt, when going up and requesting a replacement I was told that they all come out like this.

Had to go through multiple staff before they accepted making a replacement, but not without repeatedly talking down to me claiming they always come out like charcoal.

Customer service and food quality level unsatisfactory, I don't expect interactions at the cashier to last longer than they need to be, line up, order food, receive food, and eat.
