I'm super impressed by the service of the manager of the Rundle street adelaide store on 21st of July at 5pm my family myself and my friends and their kids dined in there the chips were beautiful and fresh and hot and the burgers were fresh and tasty as we ate I noticed a gentleman lying on the freezing footpath outside I alerted the manager of the store that was on duty and he and I went outside to access him he said he had felt dizzy and laid down the manager managed to help the gentleman inside the store sat him in a quite spot in the corner of the resteraunt and went and brought him out a free meal. I think the guy may not have eaten all day as he had sleeping bag under his arm so think he might of been sleeping rough. Was so proud and happy that the manager done that for him and made sure he was ok. And gives me faith and hope their is still good ppl in the world left like that. I'm unsure what the managers name was on that date and time but I think he should get some kind of recognition for doing such a selfless thing for another human bring that was in need of help I would totally recommend everyone eat there and I am definitely eating there everytime I go into the city from now on. Read more17th May 2025 Food was okay, it was how you would normally expect it to be at Hungry Jacks -not very good nor bad. The customer service was the main issue for me, followed by the uncleanliness of the area, which wasn’t really surprising but I really do wish that they hire a separate cleaner to at least wipe down tables and chairs because so many people dine in here and it gets very busy. It feels disgusting to sit down somewhere and place your food in fear of the germs.
The service was poor—staff were rude and inattentive. When my name was called, it was unclear, and another woman mistakenly took my drink. After sipping it, she returned it, and the staff then handed it to me. I explained it had already been used, but the worker pretended to inspect the drink, then insisted it hadn’t been touched, despite a lipstick mark and liquid in the straw. It was frustrating and disrespectful of the worker to dismiss my concerns and I guess she refused to believe that the customer is right. So I had a priority order and the driver literally drove past our house and delivered another order 18mins away.
Driver was rude in the chat and didn't care.
Food was really cold by the time we got it.
Uber eats did not care, I just wanted a replacement meal 😢. Or at least a refund but thats not the point.
Really wanted my whopper!
I called the store and sadly was told to complain to uber eats, if a company subcontracts a food delivery service. Well you are somewhatly involved.
No passing the buck, regardless of fast food or a Rolex watch!
I will not be using any food delivery services any more!
