Let me start off by saying that the food was actually quite nice. We ordered a FRYD shared platter, Hot Rings Burger and a Fawlty Towers Basil Chicken paired with a vanilla milkshake and a Latte. The platter was quite nice with onion rings, fried chicken, salt and pepper squid and some fries that we added chilli cheese to. My burger was not a bad burger and the Basil Chicken looked amazing (although personally I thought it was a little dry but she didn't seem to mind.) The reason I can't recommend this place and why I will personally never return is the INSANE wait time it took to get our food (literally over an hour). From the beginning, the place was crowded and busy. We took this as a sign that it must be a good place to eat so we snagged a table for 2 and then went through the menu. After that I had to stand in line for about 10 mins while the 2 ladies in front had their order taken painfully slow. At first I put it down to the women who were ordering just being slow orderers. As we had already picked our meals, I figured it would be a lot faster when we ordered. I was wrong. The girl manning the ipad seemed to look confused whenever I ordered something by name. I had to point to them on the menu and even then she was struggling to find where they were located. She had to ask 2 times for help to find items that were clearly labelled. After taking literally 7 minutes to take my order, I sat down eagerly waiting for our food. The drinks came out maybe 2 minutes later, which was genuinely shocking given how slow the ordering routine had been. We enjoyed those and waited patiently for the food to come. 10 minutes passed. 30 minutes passed. It got to 50 minutes and my lunch date was getting hangry as she hadn't eaten all morning so I asked one of the girls walking past if she could check on them. She went to the kitchen, came back about 5 minutes later and said it was a couple of minutes from being done. 15 minutes later the shared platter came. If I had to guess, they had misplaced or forgotten our meal as that would've taken maybe a couple of minutes to fry up. The mains followed soon after. So no, I can't recommend this place. The food was good, but not over one hour wait good. Also the staff had a sense of arrogance about them which didn't really suit their skill level of service or anything else about them. The place has potential, but not until they sort out the kinks with waiting time and some of the staffs attitudes/training. **UPDATED 2024** I avoided this place for YEARS after the first bad experience. Then recently when I was seeing a movie with a friend, she wanted to get a coffee because we were seeing a movie. I figured, well surely Zitto can't still be as bad as it was back god knows how many years ago.... THE COFFEE TOOK ALMOST 20 MINS TO GET. I was like omg, its still just as bad as the first time we came. And then when she finally got the coffee, she drank a few sips, and was like this is just coffee flavoured milk. So she binned it and I had to run to the hoyts snack bar and got one of their coffees hoping it would be better THAN A FREAKING CAFE. Somehow it was.... NEVER EVER GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.

First of all, there’s no indication where the line goes. Naturally, me as well as another male person lined up close to the entrance; on 2 separate occasions. The staff member asked us to go to the other side which was inconvenient and had to cross the dinners. We both complied. But, the staff served 2 females who came later on both occasions. While I was waiting for coffee, a young staff member dropped 6-7 coffee cups on the floor while restocking. Instead of throwing them in the bin, he piled up those cups with their backup stock on the shelf. I approached a senior female staff member and told her about that. She told me that those are put on the shelf and will not be used. It sounds weird as there are lots of other mug stock that barista use to refill their hand-reach stock. She could throw it in the bin to assure hygiene standards. Next time if you buy a coffee from here that might be from one of those mugs.

Super funky and quirky little cafe serving a selection of healthy/vegan options, all day breakfast as well as burgers and fried options as well. Zitto has only been opened for a handful of weeks and it does show with a few teething problems which im sure will eventually be ironed out. My experience was alright, i had the faulty tower which i thought the chicken was a little dry but apart from that it was quite tasty. Also shared some garlic bread with my girlfriend and found it had abit too much butter on it which made it quite oily but apart from that it was a good experience. While we were eating there was a customer having an argument with one of the staff which wasn't too good, not sure what it was about but once again im sure they will sought out all these teething problems and just have to have a bit of patience being a new cafe

Had breakfast there, for the first time, save your self the time, don't go, so very disappointed, breakfast was $27, bacon was so burnt, all you could taste was burnt, no bacon favour, chorizo sausage cut in slice & burnt to crisp, Muchroom was 4 very small, but the worst think was, Muchroom was cooked in bacon & chorizo fat, so u couldn't taste the Muchroom, 2x very small cherries tomato, cut in half, cooked in the same as Muchroom so taste like burnt bacon and chorizo, cup of tea, earl grey $4.50, milk on the side, well was in a cappuccino cup, & cold, the milk was warmer. The hash brown was just like roast potatoes, but cut up, was even crispy, I left, not eating much, asked for foil, to take it home to my dogs. There was only 2 table's there, then us & 2 more table's after us came in, so wasn't busy, wasted of my hard earned money, my time, & was looking forward to going thete for breakfast. would not recommend this place. So Disappointed & no care for cooking food, burnt & cooked everything in the same so no favourites. My husband like the Carmel slice,...

I have ordered online for the second time from Zitto Tea Tree Plaza through the Zitto website via the Bopple system today, and each time I have ordered online the food & drinks have been prepared swiftly, efficiently and with care. Furthermore, when ordering for a second time online today 04/09/2022, staff were very proactive in contacting me by phone to clarify my large order and instructions, and also notifying me with a reminder when the order was ready for pick-up. However, what was especially great-quality service from Zitto Tea Tree Plaza that sincerely impressed and touched me was the fact that when the order was ready, three staff members (One of them being named Will) had told me that they would be able to specially come and deliver my Zitto order straight to me at my car. I have absolutely no qualms providing 5 stars to Zitto Tea Tree Plaza and ordering here again in the future, and definitely recommend Zitto to everyone. I also give personal commendations especially to the staff at the Tea Tree Plaza...
