Staff are like robots, and can be rude if they are busy and rushed off their feet. I personally witnessed the manager abuse a Doordash Delivery Driver.

You assume I am a Doordash driver. You are so incorrect there. I am not a delivery driver. But what I did see was that the delivery driver was known by management and staff as a Doordash driver as I heard them both comment on being there everyday. I was a customer not a Doordash driver so please get your facts correct. This will only now make me refusing to order from any Gloria jeans Australia wide.

This is not your average Gloria Jeans! Kate & John, the owners of the GL Alice Springs franchise, really know how to look after their customers way beyond any other GJ I've ever visited. This is reflected in their staff who show that they really care about their customers by their friendliness and the almost uniform high standard coffee that they serve. So you don't just get a really excellent cup of coffee but nice warm welcome! Well, Alice is a small town.

I usually go in for my daily cappuccino at 7 am after going to the early morning gym! But the downside is that I am considering suing Kate and John because I am now addicted!!!
