I was at donut king today waiting in line to order, and the sweet boy who was serving someone before got in trouble for no reason, she said ‘in future don’t take orders if you can’t keep up with them’, I understand that but why would you leave a trainee on his own that was uncalled for and the way she worded and how rude she was towards him isn’t professional and she should have waited till after shift to correct him on his mistakes and not in front of customers, the poor boy looked like he wanted to cry but kept his composure for the customers, whoever this lady is shouldn’t be allowed to train or should be retrained or how to approach certain situation with trainee’s there’s kids and just trying to do there best and there not gonna be perfect or good in the first...

The staff in the morning was so kind. However, another staff in the arvo was really rude. I said ONE DONUT, but he was trying to charge ONE BOX DONUT. I was seriously confirm with him why did you charge more, does that cheaper or not? But he gave another answer. That's fine, I finished my order. Surprisingly, I was going to have second order for coffee and donuts for my friends. But he said sorry I can't serve you. And he didn't give clearly reason. That's a really bad experience.
