Cafe Pronto — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Stopped in for a coffee on the way to work. I loved the vibe here instantly. The music certainly added to the ambience and was the right volume for that time in the morning. This appears to be a popular Cafe. There were several people ahead of us grabbing take away. They had a waiting area near the counter on the right which was appreciated because we weren't in anyone's way while waiting. Ordered a small cappacino with oat milk. They have the rewardle app here. The helpful lady at the counter helped me position my phone so it scanned. Rated the coffee. Happy with the service time. I was a regular at the cafe however, I was really disappointed with the way, probably she was the manager, treated me in front of everyone. She shouted at me when I apparently picked a wrong bottle of water from their fridge. I had not mentioned any water company to them at the time of billing and they did not tell me which company they had charged me for. So I think when its a confusing situation like this, the manager out of all people should know better how to politely tell their customer which one they charged you for instead of creating an embarrasing situation for the customer. Appalling customer service today. I hope they understand where they can improve rather than blaming...

I've been coming here for coffee and beans for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The in house coffee is prepared with serious care and perfection, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the food is excellent and reasonably priced for the city and the coffee beans.... it goes without saying in my circle of friends that Dramanti make the best beans in brisbane. There is always something new to try and such care goes into making it that I don't shop anywhere else. Beyond highly recommend, it's an institution. Join me in never having an average...
