Crumble Cave — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I have been twice now and my advice is to not go crazy with the options you choose. The first time I had half and half and got the vanilla shortbread crumble with biscoff sauce and chocolate sprinkles on the frozen custard - it was way too sweet and I also was given too much of the cookie crumble and couldn’t eat much at all. I was hesitant to go the second time because I thought it was too sweet but decided to try again and kept it simple. My second order was Apple with granola crumble and the frozen custard - no drizzle and just a little of the chocolate sprinkles. Omg It was soo good!!!! I have been meaning to try this place out for the past 12 months. Finally the stars aligned and I made the trek one street over from where I live and found myself absorbed in a vibrant, chilled atmosphere with a mouth watering crumble menu infront of me.

The options were endless so we asked the staff to bare with us through our mouth watering thoughts. Finally the crumble bowl was created, along with a shovel spoon to complete the dessert.

The taste was out of this world. Perfect portion size for anyone (mind you I needed seconds as I was being greedy and I don’t go for seconds if it’s not good)

I would recommend anyone to come try this treat place out. Open till late and great for that little sweet tooth fix!!...

10/10 experience, mostly due to the service we received. The girl who served us was great- very friendly and open and patient too. She asked if it was our first time there, then explained everything to us in good detail. The man who was there also had a great personality and welcomed us with kindness!

The food itself was good. I thought that the large one was a good size for two (but wouldn’t complain if there was more!). The ratio of custard to crumble was good, and I was very impressed by the choice we had: hot or cold custard, the type of crumble, and the toppings!
